This blog is all about how non profit organizations and their supporters are creating and promoting change by raising resources: time, money and talent from the communities they serve.
I'm the Principal, Owner and Water Cooler refiller of Lance-Lee Planning, a consulting firm that helps non profit organizations raise money and produce special events.
I've worked in the non profit sector for the last 14 years. Many of those years were spent in development and marketing leadership positions at organizations like the Red Cross and Heart Association.
In addition to staff roles, over the years, I’ve served as a development consultant to non profits across the US. This experience developed a passion I wanted to pursue full time: helping create and meet audacious fundraising goals that gave organizations the resources to better serve the community. In 2007, Lance-Lee Planning was born.
As a consultant I bring energy, expertise and strategy, but most of all a spirit of service and a commitment to helping your organization excel. I suspect my commitment to service started when I was a 6 year old Brownie Girl Scout determined to earn every insignia and badge I could get. Today my motivation is the positive change that a well resourced non profit can bring to our communities. But I’ll take the insignias too if you have them.
I love the personal tone of blogs and how they help us create authentic community, however, you can read the “official” bio of Anisha Robinson Keeys for additional information and a list of past and present clients. You can also get additional info on Lance-Lee Planning’scorporate website.
